Return & Refunds

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

2. Return Process

  • Customers must contact us at [email protected] with order details and proof (photos/videos) of the issue.
  • Once the return is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
  • Returns must be sent through the designated method shared by our team.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Since we operate only a cash-on-delivery basis.
  • Refunds may take 7 business days to be completed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
