Return & Refunds
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
2. Return Process
- Customers must contact us at [email protected] with order details and proof (photos/videos) of the issue.
- Once the return is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
- Returns must be sent through the designated method shared by our team.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Since we operate only a cash-on-delivery basis.
- Refunds may take 7 business days to be completed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
